aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque le stage est pris en charge par une institution de formation ou un organisme employeur, les frais de stage sont support\u00e9s par ladite institution.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas d\u2019acceptation de la demande de stage, le <\/span><b>service des finances du CNRKR \u00e9tablit une d\u00e9claration de cr\u00e9ance \u00e0 l\u2019attention de l\u2019institution d\u2019origine du candidat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, avec copie au stagiaire.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La d\u00e9claration de cr\u00e9ance pr\u00e9cise les frais de stage ainsi que les modalit\u00e9s de r\u00e8glement. Le paiement est effectu\u00e9 directement par l\u2019institution concern\u00e9e, conform\u00e9ment aux proc\u00e9dures administratives en vigueur.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le stage ne peut d\u00e9buter qu\u2019apr\u00e8s confirmation de la prise en charge financi\u00e8re et\/ou du processus de paiement.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque le stage n\u2019est pas pris en charge par l\u2019institution, une <\/span><b>facture proforma d\u00e9taillant les frais de stage ainsi que les modalit\u00e9s de paiement est transmise par email au candidat, en m\u00eame temps que la notification d\u2019acceptation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le paiement des frais de stage conditionne la confirmation d\u00e9finitive de l\u2019inscription.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"6\"><li><b> Engagement du stagiaire<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le stagiaire s\u2019engage \u00e0 :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecter le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du CNRKR\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Observer la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es des patients\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adopter une conduite professionnelle et \u00e9thique\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecter les horaires et consignes du centre\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"7\"><li><b> Convention de stage<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas des stages financ\u00e9s par une institution, une <\/span><b>convention de stage tripartite est obligatoire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s acceptation du dossier, une <\/span><b>convention de stage est sign\u00e9e entre l\u2019institution d\u2019origine, le CNRKR et le stagiaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette convention pr\u00e9cise notamment :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les objectifs du stage\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les responsabilit\u00e9s
